I am the Chairman & Managing Director of the Oleevia Group of Companies, . We’ve grown into 12 different companies now, working in everything from banking and finance to agriculture, education, restaurants, and organic food. I also spend time on arts, media, and helping young people find their path. Being a social entrepreneur means all these pieces fit together for me.
Business should create opportunities, not just profits. I focus on generating employment, supporting farmers, spreading financial knowledge, providing quality food, and finding ways to live that don't harm our environment. That's what being a social entrepreneur means to me personally.
People shouldn't have to depend on anyone else if they don't want to. My work as a business leader centers on helping individuals and communities stand on their own feet through honest business methods and sustainable growth. After spending years as a Financial Advisor & Banking Expert , I've seen what's possible when people get the right support.

This website shares my story. I’ve always mixed business with art and social work — can’t really separate them. My Business Ventures and Corporate Group reflect that combination of interests.
One thing I’m really proud of: introducing Paid Menstrual Wellness Leave for women in our companies. We were the first corporate group worldwide to do this in the private sector. It started conversations about workplace wellness that needed to happen. Since then, our paid menstrual leave policy has influenced how other companies think about workplace wellness and employee dignity.

My professional foundation was built over 16 solid years in the banking sector, rising from a junior employee to the National Head of ESAF Small Finance Bank. This experience gave me a unique perspective on financial systems, which I now use to mentor startups and entrepreneurs.
Today, through Oleevia Grameen Credits (an RBI-licensed NBFC), I am committed to supporting the underserved, including street vendors and women entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the financial tools to succeed.
I feel privileged and honored to become the first leader of a corporation to announce the implementation of Paid Menstrual Wellness Leave for women employees. This unique program is one among many programs I conduct through Workplace Wellness Consulting. The aim of these activities is to promote an excellent organizational culture.
